I ran compliance inside the defense industrial base. Now I run it for you.

Cyber Security Tech Solutions is my practice. I’m Jorden Britto, CISSP and CCSP. I founded the firm to bring the compliance work I did inside the General Dynamics Electric Boat supply chain directly to the suppliers who now need it, and I’m taking clients now.

For eight years I administered these regulations from the inside: five as Cybersecurity Compliance Manager at Unisys on the Electric Boat account, and three before that as a security engineer on the same account through DXC. NIST 800-53 and 800-171, DFARS, CMMC, and SOX: recurring audits, control validation, remediation governance, and biweekly risk briefings to the CIO. Across a ten-year career in regulated environments I have also worked in HIPAA-regulated healthcare and SOX-scoped enterprise settings.

I hold a B.S. in Cybersecurity from Western Governors University and contribute to the Cloud Security Alliance TAISE and CCSK v5 working groups. Alongside the consulting work, I build and secure the production tools you’ll find across this site, the same tooling that makes a three-week readiness engagement a real timeline rather than a promise.
